Robert founded Praxico in 2015. He provides strategic and operational leadership and consults on marketing and brand development with a specific interest in endocrinology. He brings over 30 years of pharmaceutical experience with demonstrated record of accomplishments in global, regional and local marketing management.
Before joining Praxico, Robert was a global strategic advisor at Eli Lilly and Co. where he provided internal consultancy and training to global marketing teams on brand plan development and global launch preparation. Prior to that he spent more than 20 years in several global marketing leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Co. where he led the global launches of three major diabetes brands and multiple insulin devices.
He started his career in Europe and launched several new brands. His role expanded and he led regional commercialization teams in reaching their targets. He continued his efforts in the global team and specialized in leading the launches of several diabetes brands. Later as a Global Strategic Advisor, he was providing consultancy to global marketing teams on brand plan development and global launch preparation.
This impressive portfolio of achievements leaves Robert uniquely qualified to provide consultancy services in a number of areas, from patient journey development, market and customer understanding to solution development. His understanding of the patient needs makes him valuable in spotting market opportunities. Robert can also offer prescience into thought leader and advocacy relationships management, as well as agency and business partner relationships.
Robert holds a bachelor’s degree from the HAN University of Applied Sciences in Arnhem, Netherlands.
During his career he earned the Global Apex Award for Outstanding Sales Accomplishments (3x), the Marketing Excel Award for Creative Solution Development (5x), the Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2x) and the Team of the Year Award (3x).
